The view from here overlooking Victoria Harbour is a treat and the fantastic food is the perfect complement at Oyster & Wine Bar in Tsim Sha Tsui's Sheraton hotel. Start the meal choosing from 20 to 25 varieties of jet-fresh oysters with champagne or white wine and then move on to dishes like the Mediterranean seafood medley, the 14-hour slow-cooked crispy pork belly and US scallops and the half Boston lobster. What kind of oysters do you serve?
Our restaurant specializes in seafood and we’re happy to offer a wide selection of fresh oysters from various international waters, prepared in different ways.
What are the opening hours?
Oyster & Wine Bar is open daily, for lunch (from 12:00 to 15:00) and dinner (from 18:30 to 23:00). We suggest you book the Seafood Sunday Brunch experience for a memorable weekend.
Is there a corkage fee?
Yes, there is. A corkage fee usually applies for bottles brought into the restaurant. Please always ask our team for additional information or current rates.
